How to install APK applications on Android 10.0:
1. Open Settings > Security

2. Expand the Advanced menu

3. Select "More security settings"

4. Select "Install apps from external sources"

5. Grant permissions to the required applications
Since each Android phone version is different, you can usually install APK applications by pressing Allow "Install Applications from External Sources".
