Customise Your Colours

Customise Your Colours

While your dive data shows critical information for your safety, display colour customisation is one of the most flexible ways to personalise your computer and improve readability in real-world dive conditions. The Tern, Tern TX and Teric dive computers offer a wide range of colour combinations across four different indicators on the screen. While Peregrine, Peregrine TX and Perdix 2 have fewer options, there is certainly variety to give it a personal touch, or high vis appeal.

Below are colour combinations that balance clarity, contrast, and personality — and how to use them effectively.

Neon Current

Tern/Tern TX/Teric: Values: Lime • Titles: White • Units: Cyan • Menu: Magenta

Peregrine, Peregrine TX, Perdix 2, NERD 2: Main: Green  Titles: Grey

Neon Current is built for instant recognition. High-contrast values are impossible to miss, even in murky water or fast-moving conditions.

Deep Reef

Tern/Tern TX/Teric: Values: White • Titles: Blue • Units: Pastel Green • Menu: Violet

Peregrine, Peregrine TX, Perdix 2, NERD 2Main: Green • Titles: Blue

Inspired by walls, wrecks, and deeper reef profiles, Deep Reef leans into deep tones that feel natural at depth. This is a strong choice for technical dives or low-light environments where calm, consistent colours reduce eye fatigue.

Voltage

Tern/Tern TX/Teric: Values: Yellow • Titles: White • Units: Lime • Menu: Blue

Peregrine, Peregrine TX, Perdix 2, NERD 2: Main: Green  Titles: Grey

Voltage is all about clarity and speed. Bold values lead the screen with confidence, supported by crisp titles. This combination works across a wide range of conditions, making it a solid all-around choice for divers who want maximum readability without overthinking it.

Rose Marine

Tern/Tern TX/Teric: Values: Pink • Titles: Purple • Units: White • Menu: Magenta

Peregrine, Peregrine TX, Perdix 2, NERD 2: Main: White  Titles: Pink

Bold but controlled, Rose Marine brings personality into deeper water. Pink values remain surprisingly legible, especially against darker backgrounds. This setup is ideal for divers who want something distinctive without compromising function.

Cyber Reef

Tern/Tern TX/Teric: Values: Lime • Titles: Cyan • Units: White • Menu: Blue

Peregrine, Peregrine TX, Perdix 2, NERD 2: Main: White  Titles: Green

Cyber Reef blends high-tech clarity with vibrant underwater energy. This combination is ideal for divers who want a bold, digital aesthetic that still performs across a wide range of environments. From sunlit reefs to darker wreck interiors.

Tropical Punch

Tern/Tern TX/Teric: Values: Yellow • Titles: Pink • Units: White • Menu: Green

Peregrine, Peregrine TX, Perdix 2, NERD 2: Main: Green  Titles: Pink

Bright, playful, and highly readable, Tropical Punch feels right at home in warm, shallow water. Pink titles add personality without sacrificing structure. This is an excellent choice for recreational divers, anyone diving in sunlit conditions or just wants to let their personality shine.

Here are two more options specifically for Tern, Tern TX and Teric and the wide range of colours they offer:

Strobe Light (left)

Tern/Tern TX/Teric: Values: White • Titles: Grapefruit • Units: Yellow • Menu: Orange

Strobe Light is designed to draw your eye instantly when it matters most. White values provide maximum clarity, while grapefruit titles add a strong visual hierarchy. This combination is a great option for those who want their data to stand out clearly and confidently.

Sunset Drop (right)

Tern/Tern TX/Teric: Values: Orange • Titles: Grapefruit • Units: Yellow • Menu: Purple

Sunset Drop captures the warm-to-cool transition of a dive as daylight fades. Orange values remain highly legible as ambient light changes, while grapefruit titles add depth and separation across the screen. This combination evokes late afternoon descents and post dive relaxation on the beach.
