Accessing Online Ordering FAQ
You can find the login screen for online ordering in the lower right-hand corner of the main page or the footer menu of any page. Just scroll down, and look for the US Dealer Login under Support.
The email address associated with the B2B is the main account associated with the account as set up at Shearwater. If you need to confirm what address has been used or update it, please reach out to our Dealer Service team at orders@shearwater.com
Unfortunately, Shopify does not currently allow you to add a secondary email address directly to a B2B account. If you need to update the email associated with ordering, please reach out to our Dealer Service team at orders@shearwater.com
Ordering FAQ
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, first check your spam or junk folder to make sure it wasn’t filtered there. You can also log into your Shopify B2B account and view your order history under the "Orders" section. All completed orders should be listed there, and you can see details like order numbers and statuses. If you're still having trouble please contact our Dealer Service team at orders@shearwater.com
The credit card charge for your order will be processed when the order is fulfilled and shipped.
We have all of our stand alone dive computers and our most popular accessories available on our B2B site. However, some specific items parts are not yet available on our B2B. For these specific needs, feel free to reach out to our Dealer Service team at orders@shearwater.com and we’ll be happy to help!

Shipping FAQ
No, the shipping address must match the address associated with your account when it was set up with Shearwater. Unfortunately, we are unable to drop ship to alternative locations currently.

Orders that are placed via the dealer portal will be prioritized to ship. We aim to have your order shipped and in transit within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will not be handled until the next business day.
