To delete your Shearwater Account, send an email to info@shearwater.com with the subject line "Delete Shearwater Account". Please note this email must be sent from the same email that was used to register the account. We will confirm the account is deleted within 2-4 weeks.

Data Stored

The Shearwater Cloud application stores a users email address, encrypted password, and dive data. The Shearwater Cloud servers have a data retention period of two months for the purposes of backups and anonymized analytics. After an account is deleted, data may be retained for this period and no longer.
